FlyKRK

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2 September 2026

FlyKRK is operated by INTER-DYWIZ Sp. z o.o., registered in Kraków, Poland. These Terms include the final FlyKRK cancellation and refund rules. Passenger transport contracts are excluded from the general 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act; the passenger’s statutory rights under transport law and the cancellation rights stated below remain unaffected.

1. Service provider

The service provider is INTER-DYWIZ SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, trading as FlyKRK, with its registered office in Kraków at ul. Bulwarowa 13A/2, 31-751 Kraków, Poland, entered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000496661, NIP 6751496482, REGON 123040168. Contact: hello@flykrk.com.

2. Scope of services

FlyKRK arranges pre-booked private passenger transfers and related transport services in Kraków and other supported destinations. FlyKRK is an independent private transfer service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kraków Airport. The agreed service is described in the confirmed booking. FlyKRK may use appropriately licensed subcontracted drivers or vehicles. Vehicle make and model may vary according to availability while preserving the confirmed capacity and service category.

3. Booking process and statuses

  • awaiting_payment: journey details and price have been recorded, but the booking is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed and verified.
  • awaiting_availability: the request requires driver availability confirmation. It is not confirmed and cannot yet be paid through the automatic payment flow.
  • confirmed: payment has been verified, or FlyKRK has otherwise expressly confirmed the booking through an authorised process. Only a confirmed booking creates an obligation to provide the agreed transfer.
  • cancelled: the booking will not be performed unless a new booking is agreed.

4. Payment, prices and currency

The authoritative price for the selected journey and fleet is calculated, stored and charged in Polish złoty (PLN). Amounts displayed in EUR, GBP or USD are approximate conversions for convenience only and may differ from the customer’s bank or card-provider conversion. Payment is processed in PLN through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Reaching a payment-success page does not by itself confirm a booking; confirmation follows verified payment notification.

The “Pay now” button clearly initiates a paid order with an external payment provider. Before using it, the customer should review the journey, total PLN price and these Terms.

5. Customer information and cooperation

Customers must provide accurate contact, route, date, time, passenger, flight and other relevant information, check the confirmation and promptly report errors or changes. The customer must remain reachable using the supplied contact details. FlyKRK is not responsible for consequences caused by materially incorrect or incomplete information to the extent permitted by law.

6. Passengers, luggage and child seats

Passenger and luggage quantities must fit the confirmed vehicle or fleet and comply with law and safety requirements. Unreported oversized or excessive luggage may require a different vehicle and prior agreement. Dangerous, unlawful or unsuitable items may be refused.

Child seats are available on request, subject to confirmation. The customer must provide the number of children and information reasonably needed to arrange suitable restraints. Children must travel using restraints required by applicable law.

7. Flights, delays and pickup changes

Where a flight number is provided for an airport pickup, FlyKRK may monitor publicly available flight updates and adjust coordination where reasonably possible. Flight monitoring does not guarantee unlimited waiting or automatic acceptance of every schedule change. Customers should notify FlyKRK promptly of rerouting, cancellation, missed connections or material changes. Any amended pickup must be expressly agreed.

8. No-show

A no-show occurs if the passenger fails to appear at the agreed pickup place and time and does not contact FlyKRK in a way that allows the journey to be performed. FlyKRK may retain up to 100% of the booking price where the driver and vehicle were arranged and ready to perform the service. This does not make retention automatic in every case and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

9. Amendments

Requested changes are subject to availability and may affect route, vehicle requirements and price. A change is binding only when FlyKRK confirms it. If the change requires a new price, FlyKRK will communicate that price before the amended service is confirmed.

10. Cancellation and refunds

The passenger may cancel a booking before the journey begins by contacting FlyKRK at hello@flykrk.com or through another contact method provided by FlyKRK.

If cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, the passenger is entitled to a refund of 100% of the amount paid.

If cancellation is made from 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, the passenger is entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid.

If cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup, no refund is due.

If a confirmed transport cannot be performed for reasons attributable to FlyKRK, the passenger is entitled to a full refund and no cancellation deduction applies. Where operationally appropriate, FlyKRK may first offer equivalent alternative transport, but the passenger does not lose the right to a full refund where FlyKRK cannot perform the confirmed service.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the booking unless another method is expressly agreed with the customer. FlyKRK may always apply more favourable refund conditions for the customer at its discretion.

Cancellation and refund requests should be sent to hello@flykrk.com and include the booking reference. Approved refunds will be initiated without undue delay. The time for funds to reach the customer may additionally depend on the payment provider or bank.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.

11. Complaints

Questions, amendments and complaints may be sent to hello@flykrk.com with the booking reference and relevant details, or by post to INTER-DYWIZ SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Bulwarowa 13A/2, 31-751 Kraków, Poland. FlyKRK will review complaints within the period required by applicable law.

12. Liability

FlyKRK is responsible for performing its obligations with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including mandatory consumer protections. Subject to those protections, FlyKRK is not liable for consequences caused solely by the customer, unavoidable external events or third parties outside FlyKRK’s reasonable control, except where law provides otherwise.

13. Applicable law and consumer rights

Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual residence where applicable. Consumers may use remedies and courts available under mandatory law. Any dispute should first be raised with FlyKRK so the parties can seek a practical resolution.
